"Philipp Moves" is a cause close to my heart, because it's important to me that we age fit and healthy, and that children also get more exercise. Only in this way can we maintain our physical well-being and our healthcare system in the future.
THE CONCEPT
Regular exercise is one of the secrets to staying fit and healthy as you age. There's a reason for the saying, "Use it or lose it," or as the WHO puts it: "Physical inactivity is the world's biggest pandemic," costing us all billions.
We all only have this one body, so treat it well. We all have the power to do something for ourselves.
We are all responsible for ourselves. Exercise not only gives us the feeling of having accomplished something, but it also releases endorphins and is good for our mental health.
The goal of "Philipp bewegt" is to get all of Austria and beyond moving, from old to young!
